Meaji Villas is run by one family in Ubud, not by a management company.
Who you are talking to
Meaji Villas is looked after by I Nyoman Suardika and his family, who live nearby in Ubud. They meet most guests in person on arrival, and they are the same people who answer the WhatsApp messages, do the cleaning and deal with anything that breaks during a stay.
That is the whole business. There is no call centre between you and the villa, no platform deciding who answers, and no queue. If something is wrong at 10pm, the person who fixes it is the person you already messaged.
How we work
One host, direct
No call centre and no platform in the middle. You talk to the family who runs the villa.
Honest about the small things
You may hear roosters at dawn and dogs in the distance. It is a real Ubud neighbourhood, and we say so rather than let you discover it on the first night.
Nothing to pay until it is agreed
You get a written quote and written confirmation with bank details before any money moves.
Licensed and accountable
Registered as a Pondok Wisata with NIB 1602260015674, KBLI 55193, in Gianyar, Bali. There is a named host with a real phone number, not an anonymous inbox.
