## How to book and pay

- How do I book directly? Send a WhatsApp message with your dates and group size. The host confirms availability, sends a written quote in IDR, and holds the dates with a 50 percent deposit by bank transfer or Wise. Nothing is charged before you agree to the quote.
- How do I pay, and when? A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due on check-in. Bank transfer in IDR or USD, Wise, or cash on arrival all work. You receive a written confirmation with the bank details before any money moves.
- What happens if I cancel? Cancel more than seven days before check-in and the deposit is refunded in full, with no fee. Inside seven days the deposit is not refundable, but the host will always try to move your dates instead.
